The beds were exceptionally comfortable and the a double room itself was comfy and tidy. This location was exceptionally nice and perfect, so close to restaurants, JR Station, and airport bus stop. Had nice dainties at Roji Cafe, located close to the hotel.

Big size rooms were excellent with air freshener. The breakfast was complimentary and satisfactory - a wide array of dishes. The particularly helpful and excellent staff provided all the necessary info.

The room of place was reasonably spacious with air freshener. Really enjoyed industrial decor, plus central heating, TV set, and a refrigerator were at a high level. The location was absolutely perfect, for example, Wakayama Big Whale Gymnastics Center was relatively close to the hotel.

The view from the room was absolutely stunning, overlooking the bustling city. The tall ceilings and industrial vibe of the room gave it an edgy feel. Plus, the hotel staff was incredibly helpful in providing information about the local area, even going so far as to assist us in finding transportation options to our next stop.

The cleanliness of the room was a bit of a letdown. There were black hairs here and there, and the fridge was dirty.
